Andrew Carnegie had it right when he said, “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”
At Image Group, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver “uncommon results” through teamwork. A substantial part of our work involves choreographing the dance of collaboration that is necessary in producing excellent signage from conception to completion. We possess the experience and expertise to supervise the process of turning a company’s ideas into realities.
To illustrate the relationships between the “needs” and “solutions” of a project, we’ve created a Venn diagram. As shown in the graphic above, the team at Image Group manages and facilitates each step of the signage process. We act as the link between initial visions and final outcomes. We hold the hands of all partners involved, be it the designers who bring your concepts to life to the manufacturers who fabricate the signs to the construction teams who execute the installations. Ultimately, our team ensures that all clients and colleagues are informed, in accordance, and satisfied.
Finally, we treat the relationships we build with every member of the signage process with the utmost importance. We make it a point to follow up with every partner involved in each operation so that nothing is lost in communication. Essentially, we play the part of the chess player overseeing the pieces or the conductor orchestrating the instruments. We are the net holding everyone involved in the undertaking of bringing a business’s signs to flawless completion.
