Mariana McGrain

A construction industry professional since 1998, Mariana has the knowledge, understanding, and passion to orchestrate any type of project. Mariana’s experience with design, scheduling, code and municipal requirements, production, and in-field management are a testament to her ability to organize and direct cross-functional teams at an executive level. Her dedication to customer satisfaction and a tenacious spirit that sees projects through any circumstance has endeared her to clients and colleagues alike.

Mariana’s accomplishments reflect her diverse skill-set and comprehension of the signage industry; she has successfully overseen the creation and execution of Amazon’s environmental graphic brand identity, boasting work at both the main headquarters, and campuses worldwide. She has been creating comprehensive signage and wayfinding systems for healthcare campuses for large scale brand change outs, new construction, and site expansions of varying sizes and complexity while consulting with contractors, architects and end users on wayfinding to ensure code compliance, budget, design standards including ADA, DOPH, JACHO and OSHPD are all met.

Michael Kinnunen

Michael has extensive experience in the signage industry with a broad knowledge of environmental graphics, large format printing, and overall constructability. His resume includes a number of signage design projects, unique graphic applications, engineering, the implementation of design strategies, and self-created artwork for shop construction. He has received multiple local and international design awards with his work having been published in various trade magazines including Signs of the Times and Sign Builders Illustrated. His client base includes Disney's Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios City Walk, and Associated Grocers. His work predominates the Northwest region and includes Starbucks, Seahawks Century Link Field, Mariners Safeco Feld, University of Washington Stadium, Seattle Space Needle renovation, Seattle's Best Coffee, Washington Mutual, Pacific Place Mall, Washington State Convention Center, and Benaroya Hall. He has also been successful as a collaborative design partner for numerous retail and restaurant locations.

Bianca Hazel

Bianca has more than a decade of experience in management, with an emphasis in client relations and project administration. She gives each client attentive, comprehensive support and stellar project visibility through punctual and relevant communication. With a strong focus on wayfinding and project programming, she provides the insight and the necessary expertise to enable projects both large and small to succeed regardless of the project environment. Bianca is committed to working on the client’s behalf to identify potential obstacles and create solutions that keep objectives on schedule and on budget.

Natalie Britton

Natalie Britton has been in the industry since 2004 creating and publishing web content. After spending several years writing for a variety of websites and online publications, she set out on her own to forge a successful career as a blogger. This industry knowledge and experience has given her excellent insight into relevant marketing methods and clever business blogging. Natalie helps to build relationships with our clients and define their needs and marketing methods, while maintaining Image Group's online presence.

Holly Haynes

Holly provides administrative support to the collective Image Group team in performing duties on behalf of executive management. She handles customer relations, event arrangements, cost reviews, assists with budget preparation and provides support with administrative policies.

She facilitates the lines of communication on behalf of executives while providing general office support to the core team.
